Get Registered

If you / your site are not currently registered, you must first do this before you can order a waste container from us & then produce / handle an on-going volume of waste.

You can register in a few different ways….

Method 1

Call the Environment Agency’s hazardous waste registration hotline on 08708 502858. All they will need are your contact details and address of site that will be handling waste. There is a nominal fee (approx £25 for registration per year)

Method 2

By filling out Form HWRP01: The Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005: Notification of Hazardous Waste Producer Premises.

This can be obtained & downloaded on line at www.environment-agency.gov.uk

Method 3

By contacting ourselves direct on either our e-mail address info@wastebatteries.co.uk or by phoning us on 0845 ######. You will need to pay us your registration fee (by credit/debit card) and we will take care of everything else.

What to do next?

When you are registered and are in possession of your Hazardous Waste Producer Registration number, simply fill out our order form (go to “Order Now” on our home page(link)) and we will arrange delivery of your waste container.

If you are not intending to produce more than 5 waste batteries per week call us on 0845 ###### to discuss alternative collection.
